The Philip Wills Trophy is awarded annually for the most ‘enterprising’ flight in a calendar year. The winning flight each year is one that makes you think 'wow, great flying'. This might be a less experienced pilot doing something really noteworthy, or a wooden glider going into uncharted territory. It may involve the pilot showing great ingenuity, using all the lift available on the day, or a really fast or long flight in a glass super-ship that just blow the mind! If it has got the WOW factor, it counts! Anyone can enter, either nominating themselves or someone else.
To enter, complete the form below or email Andrew Reid [email protected] All that is needed are some details of the flight, ideally with a logger trace, giving details of why the flight should be considered.
