Since its conception in 1974 Competition Enterprise has taken place every year apart from a break in 2020 due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. In that time the competition has travelled as far North as Aboyne and Feshiebridge in Scotland as far South as Le Blanc in the Loire Valley in France.
